Generally the cut off  for the PWD students is much low both in Jee Main and Jee Advance. In Jee Main, the qualifying marks is about 0.1 percentile and even in negative marks in past years.

The seat distribution takes place on the basis of rank. The branch wise categorisation for different colleges vary so much. You can check it from jossa website accurately.
