You need to score more than 5 percent of total marks in a single subject and an aggregate of 17.5 percent of total marks to be eligible for getting a rank in JEE advance. Now for getting an IIT seat a PWD candidates must score around 25 marks in each subjects and 80 marks as a whole to get admitted in an IIT seat in a renowned branch of a renowned IIT. Considering the total marks to be around 360-370 this mark is to be considered. Every year the total mark of JEE advance exam changes. So, it's safe to suggest in percentage of marks. But if you made an effort you can easily get an IIT seat.
