Dear Anas, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, AIIMS does not release score in the form of  marks. Rather it releases score in the form of percentiles. In 2019, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 98.1246

OBC: 95.2939

SC: 90.203

ST; 90.203

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam. no.of Candidates qualified, top AIIMS percentile and difficulty of the exam. So irrespective of your Category, your target should be more than 93 percentile.
