For govt medical college you need a score of 480+ belonging to the state quota whereas if you belong to some other state then you must have a score of 550+ to secure your seat in a govt college. If talking about private colleges the cutoff is generally low that is you can get a private college with 370+ marks and if talking about management quota seats in private colleges there is no marks range.

If you belong to a general category and you are applying under 85 % state quota seats then you should score above 480 marks to secure a seat in good government medical college and for private colleges you should score above 430 marks.i hope this information helps you.
