See to be eligible for getting admission to IITs you need to clear the JEE-Advance cut-off and the cut-offs are not yet out for JEE-Advance 2021 but IIT Kharagpur will release the cut-offs soon. So you can get idea from the cut-offs of 2020 which are mentioned below category wise :-

Now if you want to get seat in IIT then you should also maintain your rank under top 5000 for good IITs and under top 10000 for average IITs, it's not possible to tell about marks because marks are not fixed for JEE-Advance.
