For the purpose of admission, a candidate should have passed 

10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory 

subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology 

/ Technical Vocational subject and obtained at least 45% marks in 

the above subjects taken together. A candidate passed the 

qualifying examination from a school/college/examination board 

situated outside India (except all Indian boards like CBSE, State 

Boards etc.) shall have to obtain the equivalency certificate from 

Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
