AIIMS never disclose marks obtained by any candidate, it gives result on percentile basis. So there is no one sure about marks required to get admission in AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS college. you need to score at least 150+ for general category, 140+ for obc, and 130+ for SC/ST category to get admissionin AIIMS Delhi.

If you want to get admission in any other AIIMS college you have to score at least 110+ for gen category, 105+ for obc, 95+ for SC/ST.
