Please check the IITs cutoff for B.Tech Civil Engineering of last year and estimate the cutoff for this year. We cannot provide you with minimum marks as there is no such criteria, its the closing rank that you should know. Refer to the link below to know the closing rank of IITs for Civil Engineering.
