In 2019 the cut off for NIT, Jaipur for OBC category(other state) for admission in Civil Engineering is 7283.in 2020 cut off may change depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etcc, it may increase or decrease.To get such rank your need to score 98 percentile or above and 130 or above marks in JEE main.
