There is no total number of students (obc or any perticular category) had released by Central Board of Secondary Education under which it is mentioned the number of students appearing or clearing Jee manis in a particular year....

It depends on various factors like the JEE Main reservation criteria 2021 is provided for candidates belonging to categories of EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and persons with disabilities ,home state and all india quota seats.....

There is a list of other backward classes (non-creamy layer) on the website of National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) called as Central list which has to be followed under JEE Main 2021 reservation criteria......
