Hello aspirant

The general rule of mbbs and BDS candidates is that total intake of government colleges seats , 100% all India deemed medical and dental college seats and 50% Central University collegesseats are filled from All India counselling . These seats are available to all neet qualifying candidates . Any state candidate can take admission to anywhere in India through all India quota Medical counselling commitee .

Following states are open states

1. Andhra Pradesh

2.Telangana

3. Karnataka

4. Rajasthan state quota

5. Haryana

6. Uttar Pradesh

7. West Bengal

8. Pondicherry

9. Himachal Pradesh

10. Bihar

11. Ut tarakhand

12.Rajasthan

13. Kerala

14. Tirupati

15. Chhattisgarh
