According to the official website, the top 2,45,000 qualified candidates of JEE main 2019 will be eligible to appear for JEE advanced. And from these approx 12000 students will qualify advaced and are choosen to take admission in IITs.

Nearly 2lakhs and 24 thousands candidate are qualified in Jee mains and eligible for Jee advanced.From these students nearly 12000 students are choosen for taking admission in IITs.
