Hello Deepak,
Students of unreserved category should have obtained at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English ; 45% marks for general-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC.

You can check below eligibility criteria regarding percentage in class 12th board exams for NEET 2018:

To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.

The candidates belonging to General Category should score a aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a aggregate minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required in aggregate across Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology.

The minimum percentage of marks required to be eligible for neet is 50% for the unreserved catagory and 45% for the reserved catagories. Also note that individual passing marks in pcb along with english is fulfilled.
