Dear aspirant,

You will require minimum of 98 percentile to get into top NITs and IIITs and if you are aiming for top branches like Computer Science, Information Technology, then you might even need 99 and above. 99 Percentile is roughly 10000 rank which is a decent rank to get into top NITs.

Hello student to get admission into top NIT's you must have secured more than 99 percentile as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.
Still cut off vary every year on various things like the level of question and total number of applicants in that examination its difficult to predict exact cut off.
