According to the MCI website, there are 25,003 MD/MS/PG Diploma seats available across the country, half of which will be filled through centralised counselling. The NEET PG 2019 reservation criteria defined for each State/ Union Territory is different. The reservation quota is different in each state.
The NEET PG 2019 merit list is different for each state. The private University/ Institution can prepare their own merit list based on the regulation applicable. The state quota will remain undisturbed. Hope this helps you. Thank you.

Total number of seats available for MS/MD Program in India are - 28,715.
This includes government +private seats.

And the total number of Government seats are - 18,657.
The above is previous year's data therefore it might increase or decrease as per boards orders.

Also every state provide 50% seats for All India Quota and rest 50% for state Quota.
