Hello applicant,

*It will be difficult for you to enter the PSU without the 60% aggregate. But we can always hope for the best. You can try for jobs earlier & make yourself experienced at such a level that the PSUs will want to hire you no matter what. After certain years, the 60% mark will not make much of a difference if you can provide the quality required in PSUs. Keep applying for various PSUs as you get experience & be persistent with your approach. Make yourself so skilled in your field that they can not reject your application (as you said it's your dream after all) .
