Seat availability in M.Pharm courses varies widely depending on the state, university, and specialization. On average, individual colleges may offer between 10 to 20 seats per specialization. In many states, especially in self-financing colleges, a large number of seats often remain vacant after multiple rounds of counselling. For example, it is common to see hundreds of vacant seats in the later rounds across a state.

However, in reputed government or centrally funded institutions, seats usually get filled quickly, and vacancies are rare. Final seat availability is released by respective counselling authorities or universities, and it changes every year based on demand and the number of applicants.
