In westbengal, there reservation for TFW is 5% of the total seats in the college i.e., if there are 100 seats in a course of a designate college then only 5 seats are available at maximum for TFW. Now to know a more specific answer you need to mention the name of your state as per which the reservation criteria can be mentioned. You can also visit the college in which you wish to take admission and just check the seat matrix there also it can be mentioned.
