How many sests sre reserved in nits for pwd students?Do all pwd students who appear for jee mains get nit?Plz reply.

Dear Aspirant,

About 5 percent of the seats are reserved for PwD candidates in NITs. Usually, the cutoff is really low, like 1/300 for PwD candidates but for getting NIT, you might have to perform slightly better than that. As most of the seats don't get filled,you have a really good chance of getting admission by just scoring a single digit mark as the cutoffs are usually low, again this is based on previous year trends and could change depending on the nun of students attempting the exam and how well they perform.
