JEE Mains consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. 

Each subject consists of 30 questions. Total 90 questions are there.

If a student answers a question correctly then he/she is awarded 4 marks.

If a student gives wrong answer for a question then 1 mark is deducted. 

If no question is attempted by the student then no marks are deducted or awarded. 

So total marks of JEE Main are 360. (90*4)
There are usually 4 sets. All questions are same in each set only order is different.

Hello, 

There were 7 sets of question papers in JEE MAINS 2017. 
Four for offline exam conducted on 2nd April  and Twelve for online exam conducted on 8th and 9th April.The questions are the same except their order and the order of the options given, are different.
