Let me clarify you according to your question. Only 5% seats are available for obc pH for the government colleges at all india level. But seats vary from college to college.

15% of seats falls under all india quota for SC, ST, OBC, and other unreserved categories for the government medical colleges.

As per Government Rules and Regulations of India there are 5% seats are reserved in all Indian Institute Of Technologies, National institute of Technologies, Government Funded Technical Institutions etc for the physically handicapped students.

The reservation for physically handicapped students is also available in the government Colleges of Rajasthan.

The reservation percentage is Same in all over India.
