All eight of its syntax-less sentences construct the mosaic of her feelings, actions, worries, contradictions and desires in an exhilarating flow of consciousness mirroring the shifting and flickering of human thought processes. Joyce projects the full picture of Molly Bloom as a real person freely accepting her sexual being, desire for the intimacy of the family structure, and letting her opinions surface.
