How many student appear for jcece 2019 ???and how we got information about councilling and addmission?? 

JCECE stands for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competition Examination which is organised by JCECEB for admission to various Bachelor of Technology Degree courses. The students with Jharkhand domicile are only eligible to apply. The candidates have to produce a valid resident certificate at the time of counselling. This exam is generally conducted in the month of May every year. The mode of examination is offline ( Pen and Paper based).

According to sources, approximately a total of 16000 to 17000 candidates appear for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competition Examination every year. The candidates filling up forms are quite greater in number than the candidates actually appearing in JCECE examination. The maximum percentage of students appear for the PCM group (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), followed by the PCB group (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).

The examination centres are available at Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Dumka and Hazaribagh. There are sixteen institutes across Jharkhand state which offer admission to different courses through JCECE.

JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is a state level examination which candidates need to give if they want to secure admissions into different colleges in the state of Jharkhand for studying engineering courses in different branches.Every year approx 40 thousand and more students participate in the examination.

It was 16635 in 2017.And about 20000 is expected in this year.
