It is impossible to know how many specifically applied for navy via jee. You can see the total number of candidate applying all over but here's what I found out
Around 200 seats are up for grab each yeah in the Navy . So that navy calls the top 4000 applicants i.e 20 times the intake.
Hope this helps a bit.
