I completed my 12th class in 2018.I got 93% in my 12th class.Can I drop a year for jee mains preparation or do btech in normal college ?

you need to understand jee mains and 12th are totally on different levels, dont take this decision based on your 12th score , only if your score is good enough this year that another another years's preparation can make a difference only then you should give it a thought,
i still think you shouldn't since your age matters when you give entrance for post grad. or PSU's
