NUJS provides admission for 127 seats. Out of which 89 seats are for all India candidates and 38 seats are for West Bengal domicile candidates.

1. For general category there are total 73 seats
2. For scheduled caste there are 18 seats
3. For OBC category there are 6 seats
4. For foreign nationals there are 2 seats
5. For NRI candidates there are 18 seats
6. For PWD category there are 3 seats
7. For Jammu Kashmir candidates there are two seats.
