In Jee Mains 2019, 90 percentile is equivalent to about 115000 AIR Rank. State wise result is not declared by the NTA. It was not even declared by CBSE.
But if one were to guess, and this is just a wild guess based on observation, then I would say that around 2%-5% seats would be from Assam. That would roughly mean about 3000- 5000 students.
Again, this is just a speculation, nothing concrete.
