Dear Ravindra, if it is for All India Counselling, you just have one chance becausr you cannot avail Upgradationbfacility if you are allotted a seat in Round 2 in any of Deemed/Central Universities and further you cannot even vacate the seat. For Deemed Universities, you cannot even participate in further rounds of counselling even if it is Stray Vacancy. But if it is other than Deemed/Central Universities if you get an upgradation in Round 2, the seat allotted in Round 1 will be automatically cancelled. You have to join Round 2 allotted college and if you do not you will have to forfeit the security deposit. And then you can submit fresh choices and appear in Mop up round.
