A national level exam, GPAT or Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is conducted by NTA for admissions to Master's (M.Pharm) programmes in the country. The exam is conducted for admissions to 24000 seats of MPharma programmes offered by as many as 841 participating pharmacy institutes. 

For 2019 application will start in month of November and exam will be conducted in month of January 2019. 

Students in final year of Bachelor’s of Pharmacy programme are also eligible to appear for GPAT 2019. There is no such age restrictions for GPAT 2019 as per AICTE, the exam conducting body.
