There is no longer any cap on the number of attempts of NEET according to the NEET 2019 broucher releaser by NTA in Nov 2018. Though there is age limit for this. For unreserved candidates the upper limit is 25 years. But for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC there is 5 years relaxation . That is they cam appear till 30yrs. As per the lower age limit the candidate have completed age 17 by dec 31 2019 if you are apeearing in may 2019.

As per your query you need to know that as upper age limit criteria has been removed So all candidates can appear for NEET as many times as they want.

Total of 3 attempts are allowed in NEET exam. The candidates who have already appeared in AIPMT/NEET on three occasions are not allowed to take this examination. The candidates will be required to give an undertaking in this regard and submitting false undertaking may result in cancellation of the candidature.

There is no limit on the number of attempts in NEET.

Also after the supreme court decision, there is no limit on age as well 

So you can appear as many times as you want. But it would be really helpful for you if you get into a good college as early as possible as you would be saving time for yourself and can do your Post Graduation early too.
