Dear Student,

There is no such specific number of attempts. The minimum age for appearing in NEET-UG is 17 years as on 31st December, 2018. Maximum age limit is 25 years for unreserved category & 30 years for reserved categories. In between these two age limits you can try several times.

All the best !

Hi Aditya,

As per the lastest updation for NEET, number of attempts system has been removed. A candidate from general category can appear for NEET upto 25 years of his age and from reserved category can appear upto 30 years of his age. The minimum age of a candidate should be 17 years.

All the best!!

There is no no. Of attempts criteria in neet ug. Only maximum criteria of neet ug is age limit, . The upper age limit for NEET(UG) is 25 years for general category as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category and persons with physical disabilities.
The Age criteria for appearing in NEET (UG) - 2018 is : For Candidates of General category born on or between 07.05.1993 and 01.01.2002
For Candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PH Category  born on or between 07.05.1988 and 01.01.2002

You can give as many as attempts upto age of 25 years, if you are general category candidate.
Or
Else you can give as many as attempts upto age of 30 years , if you are obc/sc/st/ ph candidate.
Good luck !!
