Their is no limit of attempt in neet except the age limit 

Your age should be minimum 17 years in 2018 to 25 years in 2018 this age limit is for the general categories

For other reserved categories the age limit is upto 30 years .

As per your concern about the attempts for NEET exam. Well, there is no limits for attempts ( within prescribed age limits).

For general category - candidates should have minimum 17 years of age and maximum age age should not be more than 25 years of age and 5 years (i.e. 30 years) of relaxation are provided to the reserved category.
