Rules on Number of Attempts have changed in Past as per the latest Rules there is No cap on Number of Attempts for NEET. You Just need to satisfy other eligibility Criterion In order to appear for NEET.

You must be within the age limit that is above 17 years and below 25 years.

60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for Unreserved category and 40% Aggregate In Physics, Chemistry and Biology For Reserved category.
