You have not specified the name of college for which you want to ask MSc biotech seats. If i specially talk about VIT.  In VIT, there are 280 seats available for biotechnology. This is a five-year integrated postgraduate programme in biotechnology. The Vellore Institute of Technology would grant the degree for this curriculum.
