As you asked how many engineering seats in this year probably in professional colleges like NITs and IITs there will be around 30k seats available in all branches

All over India in every college there. Will be 6L to 12L seats will be available

It is different in different college level. For IITa it's below 100 and same for  NITs too. If you go for private college then they have no boundaries. It depends on the seats available and the branch opted by candidates. And for government college they speficg some.
So you can say it's same to the number of Candidates gives exam every year.
