Hello,

You will face no problem to get admission in DU LLB if you are a gap year student bit all you need is to submit the required documents , as mentioned in the DU LLB guidelines. And yes , the documents are also necessary for one year gap students as a gap is a gap , no matter it is of one year or of 10 years. You have to submit the documents in both the cases. And the document that is needed is the gap year affidavit. And it just needs around 200 INRs and can get it made easily.
