What you need to target would be speed and accuracy.
The pattern of MAT is 200 questions in 150 minutes.
Each question carries 1 mark and 25% negative marking in case of an incorrect answer.
The four sections are :
Reading Comprehension-40 questions
Data Interpretation-40 questions
Quantitative Aptitude-40 questions
Logical and Critical Reasoning-40 questions
General Knowledge** -40 questions

An attempt of 140-150+ on 200 with over 90% accuracy should fetch you a 99.9%ile.
