Generally most of the govt medical colleges have 15 % AIQ. The seat matrix and fee structure of different colleges varies (which is decently less). You can have s look to their websites. But the point is there is no difference in the fees structure for state quota and AIQ quota students. There is no separate rule for Kerala as such. Admissions to private college is possible only through NEET exam. No separate registeration is needed.
