In JEE-ADVANCED it is never fixed as to for how many marks one can get what department or college. It depends on the difficulty of each year's paper and hence it changes every year.
Now if you want to know then for a ST student in general if you get anywhere near 20% of the total marks you will get a seat in one of the IITs for sure.
