As per your SC category you not need to score very high. To get admission into old IIT's like IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur , IIT Madras you have to get a JEE Advance rank near 2500-3000.
With this rank you will easily get branches like ECE , Electrical, Chemical , Mechanical in old IIT's .And same with this score you will easily get CSE in new IIT's.
To get this rank you have to study seriously. Make proper notes for each chapter and revise it many times. Also solving previous year papers of JEE Advance will help you very lot.
