Different amounts of fee is reimbursed in different exams and universities. 

I assume it to be IGNOU , then according to the revised rules the whole tuition fee for SC /ST students will be reimbursed. Students can apply fir fee reimbursement by logging into the online portal for application of fee reimbursement. Since tuition fee is different for different courses , it is hard for me to tell the amount of fee reimbursement for you as you have not mentioned the name of course
