Hello,

Regulations of workload for assistant professors should be equal to 40 hours per week, i.e. 180 teaching hours in a full academic year.

It is mandatory for the teacher to be available for at least 7 hours per day in the college, with minimum of 2 hours for mentoring the students and 2 hours for research work in case of PG.

The leaves that can be availed by the candidates for Assistant professors are :

  • Paternity / maternity leave
  • Extraordinary leave
  • Study leave
  • Duty leave
  • Casual leave
  • Half pay leave
  • Earned leave
  • Special casual leave
  • Commuted leave
  • Leave not due
  • Sabbatical leave
  • Adoption leave
  • Childcare leave.
