Yes definitely u can pull up. Just focus mainly on ncert 11th and 12th class syllabus. Read the written notes u have and solve as many as previous papers and give mock tests these help u understand in which topics u are lagging behind.
Make a notes of ur mistakes in one separate notes.
Make a proper time table of 6 day plan where one day u can utilize to revise that weeks portion.
Stay calm focussed believe in urself thats a key formula to success.
Revision is very important. Revise as much as u can.

Nothing to worry. You have plenty of time left. Study only Ncert textbooks. Follow previous year papers, practise more and more. Focus more on high yeilding and commonly asked topics. You will score well. Good luck.
