Government colleges like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi or Nit's fee structure is from 60k/ semester to 1.2L/ semester. You can get a scholarship based on the rank in JEE mains and advance.

Private colleges like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University etc have a fee structure from 1.2L/ Semester to 2.5L/ Semester. You can get scholarships by giving exams conducted by these universities. You can get a 20%-60% scholarship.
