The cut off for BSC Agriculture is not out yet but according to the cutoff chart from the examination conducted in the year 2018-19

the last selected candidate who got selected around 14600 in General and 1850 in practical. 

According to the examination website they have specified that the Opening and the Ending Cutoff's will be released after completion of all the rounds.

Since the competition and number of candidates are increasing every year the cutoff for this year's examination might go up  so when you are preparing for the examination be sure to prepare keeping in mind about the closing cutoff of previour year.
