Exact marks required for each department varies each year due to change in competition level.This depends on your choice of department u choose.

Mechanical,ECE,EEE are highly competitive groups and u have get 198+ cut-off(depends on your community also !).

CSE,IT,CIVIL needs 195+.

The competition is very tough and the more you score better are your chances of getting your desired college
