The eligibility criteria of NSP scholarship is passed 10+2 from a recognized board, only first year undergraduate candidates belonging to North Eastern Region and pursuing general degree or professional degree such as engineering/medical are eligible provided their family income is less than Rs 4.5 lpa, in case of medical candidates they are awarded Rs 7800 per month,
