There is no way you can increase your marks or percentage in class 10 or 12 in any education board which includes RBSE as it is against the law to bribe or pay money to someone to increase your marks and you can be barred from giving any exam in the future along with fine .

You should just accept your percentage and move forward , try to be better from next time and improve yourseff.
