Economically weaker section 10 % reservation scheme is applicable for both education as well as for governement jobs. Now I am assuming you are asking this question in context with government job interview.

some seats from general category will be reserved for EWS candidates. So the selection process and interview process will remain same. The only difference will be EWS candidates will not be directly competing against general category candidates they will be competing among EWS candidates.
