As you have not mentioned the college of your preference I am going to give you a vague idea of college fees in general for government B.Tech colleges. Moreover, fees in government colleges do not depend upon the branch, but on the course. If you are studying Computer science in some government college then your fee is, in most of the cases, same as the student who is studying Mechanical from your college.

Now for the fees part, almost all the technical colleges in the country run by the government have their fees in the range between 1 lakh per annum to 2 lakh per annum. You might expect some exceptions but this is the general fee. Hostel fee is also not that high, around 30k per annum.
